Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Position Overview:

Position reports to Branch Manager and is responsible for the daily operations for Warehouse, Quality department; and facilities maintenance. Interfaces with Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and Quality Supervisor, in the supervision of both Warehouse and Quality employees. With the direction of the Branch Manager, will work to improve processes and policies in support of the Branch's mission.

Essential Job Functions:

Warehouse Operations responsibilities

Oversee inventory accuracy.

Evaluates shop load daily, prioritizes and assigns work.

Ensures that safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for security of the work area and stock.

Inventory control, cycle counts, scale verifications.

Employee Training

Quality Operations responsibilities:

Incorporates Century Fasteners Corp quality programs and monitors activity required to maintain registration assessments and certifications.

Verbal and written correspondence with customers, vendors, and sales staff concerning quality issues.

Train, instruct, direct, and supervise inspection-receiving personnel in the performance of receiving and quality inspections.

Organize and maintain good operating conditions of all tools, gauges, and physical quality control receiving area.

Maintain quality manual and monitor updates.

Perform internal quality audits, and corrective action requests.

Maintain the Corrective Action program.

Maintain the Material Review Reporting program.

Maintains calibration system for instruments and measuring devices used in acceptance inspection.

Maintains calibration records.

Functions as the organizations on site Quality Representative in communications with customers, suppliers or third-party representatives.

Reviews customer return material and process material transactions through the IST system.

Process materials authorized for debit return IAW CF-CPD-PP-005 thru the IST system.

Implement and ensure consistent compliance with corporate office standard operating procedures, policies and internal controls.

Oversee the building facility and assets.

Monitor branch operating expenses.

Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of Fastener and/or distribution industry background experience.

Aerospace/Defense industries strongly preferred.

3 years minimum of Quality Assurance Management experience.

5 years of management experience preferred.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs knowledge helpful.

Engineering knowledge helpful.

High School graduate with qualifying professional experience. A college degree is preferred.

Intermediate level proficiency in computer skills with a strong proficiency in Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Accurate, detail oriented, organized and efficient.
