The 3rd Shift Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) is an overnight, awake position that provides direct support and observation to clients from 12am-8am.Remain awake and alert during entire shift (12a-8a)Conduct Rounds every 30 minutes - visually confirming location and well-being of all clients and documenting in our EMR systemResponsible for the observation, reporting and management of clientsAssisting the interdisciplinary team with client careCompleting progress notes for assigned shift using EMR systemProvide safety and security of the houses by doing hourly roundsSupport Clients in maintaining healthy sleep schedulesComplete incident reports as necessaryParticipate in staff meetings as neededAssist in cleaning and organizing of community spaces nightlyMaintains and adheres to all policy and procedures respecting confidentiality of clients rights, anonymity, communication either written or verbal regarding clients identity and situationMaintain appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with clients, families and other professionalsCommunicate rights and expectations for behavior to clients in a consistent and respectful mannerQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalency required1 year experience in human services field preferredCPR/FA certification (agency will be provided if needed)NCI+ Certification (agency will provide training if needed)CompetenciesKnowledge of HIPAA LawAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of 12 step programs a plusJob Type: Part-Time/As Needed work toward Full-timePay: From $17.70 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftOvernight shiftWeekends as neededWork Location: Multiple locations recblid iys3zzxikedrgbbbgha1zho89ekbok
