Job Description:

Medical Assistant (CNA or CMA strongly preferred) will travel to each of our three office locations of CornerStone Ear, Nose & Throat: Charlotte (Arboretum), NC, Monroe, NC, and Indian Land, SC. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, no weekends.
Responsibilities include:

Verifying patient information by interviewing the patient
Confirming the reason for the visit
Recording patient's medical history and vital signs
Reporting patient history to the physician
Scribing notes using an electronic medical record system (EMR) for review and signature by the physician
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

CMA or CNA certification.
Strong spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology as well as excellent typing skills are required.
Experience with scribing in EMR and using Google platform and Microsoft software products is helpful but not mandatory.
