POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Warranty Superintendent at Fading West Construction is responsible for managing all warranty claims submitted by homeowners and clients for completed homes. This role acts as the liaison between homeowners/clients and Fading West Construction, ensuring timely and professional communication and processing of claims.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee service email/portal and communications with clients and homeowners in a timely & respectful manner?
Scheduling service appointments with clients and homeowners who have claims
Updating and track open and closed out warranty claims
Train and manage FWC team members to help complete work for claims as needed?
Source material to perform necessary work to complete claims?
Schedule and oversee subcontractors to complete claims as needed?
Report to supervisor with updates on claims and issues on a weekly basis?
Communicate feedback to supervisors and Fading West Homes factory personnel in a constructive way to improve factory processes
Strategically collaborate with other FWC superintendents and management to help contribute to progressing modular finish on active projects while still meeting warranty expectations and communication with homeowners?
Travel to job sites for warranty purposes will be required. Estimated travel is anticipated to be less than 25% of the job.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of construction related experience required?
Successful Customer service experience?
Previous management experience preferred?
Experience with reading plans and basic framing layout required?
Basic knowledge of job-site tools & equipment maintenance required
Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred?
Valid Drivers license
