Job Title: Associate Patient Care Coordinator
Job Type: Contract
Work Location: WellMed at Las Colinas
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Background:
- Customer Service Experience: Preferably in a clinic setting.
- Purpose: Supports our team and enhances patient satisfaction.
Top Responsibilities:
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Healthcare-specific background, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Computer Knowledge: 1 year.
- Customer Service: 1 year.
