The Digital Content Manager will oversee content management on our client's Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform for the Community & State website.



Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with product managers, marketers, content strategists, UX designers, and other partners to ensure web content is current and digital experiences are relevant.

  • Perform site authoring updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including updates for copy, images, PDFs, videos, and other assets.

  • Provide content leadership on projects and marketing initiatives, including content inventories/audits, concepts, wireframes, content decks, editorial calendars, style guides, and AEM reporting.

  • Enforce adherence to content governance definitions to ensure all site content is timely, aligns with brand standards and style guides, and is professional and appropriate for respective audiences.

  • Make decisions about where new content will reside in the content hierarchy and taxonomy.

  • Identify opportunities for backend optimization in AEM.

  • Ensure all page elements are present, including SEO (meta-data), accessibility, and reporting needs.

  • Analyze content opportunities and recommend strategies, interactions, or approaches.

  • Collaborate and provide expert digital content authoring counsel to key stakeholders as needed.

  • Troubleshoot technical challenges with the website and content management tools.


Skills:



  • Manage client's tickets in the Workfront application.

  • Communicate updates and detailed status of tickets as work progresses.

  • Proactively govern and improve content by identifying outdated content and working with stakeholders to update it.

  • Use accessibility standards when authoring and troubleshoot accessibility concerns with tech teams.

  • Support component enhancements by helping to define requirements, participate in UAT testing of prototypes, and support releases.

  • Assist with site migrations in various capacities.

  • Manage multiple tickets and demands, prioritizing accordingly.

  • Work well with others on a team, collaborate, and share the workload.
