As AGM, you will oversee daily operations, support a large team of managers, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. • A proven track record of managing and developing large teams in operations or service-based environments.


• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Industry Business Owner.


• Solid knowledge of HVAC products and systems (preferred).


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.


• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
