The Patient Accounting Representative bills claims electronically, check for unpaid claim status, post cash, pursue self pay cash collections, scan documents, request medical records and/or provide customer service.Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's Degree. | LICENSE & CERTIFICATION: N/A. | Minimum Required: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications.Responsible for Epic Credit and undistributed WQs. Assists in reviewing accounts with a credit to determine why there is a credit and initiates a refund when needed. Assists with evaluating accounts with undistributed checks review EOBs to determine where the money needs to be distributed.

• Correspondence requests

• Projects
