This position is will be responsible for cultivating an innovative team within the RCM department of TSI. Create strategies’ for growth, leadership and decision making support for our Healthcare division. Exceptional, results-driven and focused individual, combining a quantitative outlook with the ability to lead and motivate internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Client Success, and Operations to drive product initiatives; engage with Stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and ambitions.
Translate market insights and stakeholder inputs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps that align with the company’s strategic goals
Identify opportunities to improve the processes and structure, develop implementation plans for those improvements, and manage execution of those plans.
The Healthcare Innovations Leader is responsible for directing and mentoring the management and operation of the Healthcare RCM department
Function as a key participant and decision maker regarding initiatives to improve department functions and enhance revenue collections, including onboarding new business contracts.
Monitor changes in priorities and the resulting maximization of revenue
Ensure appropriate follow-through
Individual must have a strong understanding of hospital operations, physician 3rd party reimbursement, regulatory compliance requirements, and other practice management activities
Ability to plan and execute consolidation of business operations (in the event of the Company’s acquisition of new businesses, plan and coordinate the evaluation, documentation, and potential consolidation of billing functions of newly acquired entities)
Demonstrate creativity and initiative in maximizing the efficient use of staff resources, balance conflicts among limited resources for competing projects
Have a go-getter attitude and willingness to think outside of the box to achieve results and grow department/programs
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications and education requirements:
A minimum of ten (10) years management experience within revenue cycle operations
A minimum of five (5) years BPO/global service management experience within revenue cycle operations.
Individual must possess strong administrative skills, well developed management skills and budgetary expertise
Ability to analyze information quickly and think systematically.
Ability to successfully prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks for extended periods of time.
Deep background in both analytical and conceptual problem solving; able to quickly structure abstract challenges and develop industry-leading solutions
Organized with the ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively.
Proactive when it comes to making decisions as well as solving problems.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Artiva Healthcare experience a plus
