Your role:
The Manger of Technical Transfer & ERP Governance leads the implementation of new products and sustainment of the site's 40,000 SKUs. Controls and facilitates the transfer of new products from R&D to Operations, Stock and Custom, reports progress on the quarterly targets, maintains key meetings at site level, unblocks issues faced in the product development process, acts as a role model for cultural behaviors, and is accountable for the successful execution of Data governance projects, under the direction of the Head of Operations for the Temecula, CA location. Travel:10%
Location: Temecula, CA on site 3 days per week
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences along with 10+ years of experience in Data Management & ERP systems.
3+ years of proven experience managing multiple and/or large teams, including technical and non-technical personnel
OR
Master's degree in biological sciences with 7+ years of experience in Data Management & ERP systems.
3+ years of proven experience managing multiple and/or large teams, including technical and non-technical personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing and Life Science industry experience strongly preferred
Understanding of Quality processes, requirements, and objectives
Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to present material in a clear, concise manner, and appropriate to the level of the audience.
Ability to travel to accomplish the duties of the position; possible overnight stays required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, interact with multiple teams with excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside contacts.
Strong computer skills including database management; proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet)
Strong leadership skills including training staff and fostering collaborative teamwork.
Self-directed and self-motivated
Proven ability to influence with and/or without direct authority.
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
