A strong candidate for this role will assist engineers in the design of water infrastructure for federal, state and municipal clients.
Salary - $70,000-$90,000/annually
Responsibilities
- Construction document preparation and computer-generated site design (2D and 3D)
- Assist team in preparing civil designs, drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports
- Help prepare estimates and material needs for projects
- May work individually or participate as part of a team for larger scale projects
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- May be required to work in the field to provide site inspections and construction management
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering with zero to four (0-4) years of experience.
- Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam or ability to pass within six months of hiring
- Good technical writing, computer, communication and organization/planning skills
