Responsibilities
Doctoral degree in relevant field and minimum of 3 years of relevant post-doctoral or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-doctoral level work experience.
PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with a strong emphasis on imaging, bioengineering, or translational research.
Strong experience in molecular imaging, with a focus on fluorescence-guided surgery applications, including imaging setup, probe administration, and data analysis.
Demonstrated experience with molecular imaging technologies, including preclinical imaging systems and the development or use of contrast agents relevant to fluorescence-guided interventions.
Ability to design and implement experimental protocols involving animal models, cell culture, and imaging.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation of research, manuscript preparation, and data presentation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team to achieve project milestones.
Proven problem-solving skills for troubleshooting challenges in the research setting, with an adaptive approach to optimize research outcomes.
Qualifications
PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, or similar discipline.
