Your Responsibilities


As the Finance and Accounting leader for the Northeast region, you will develop, analyze, and present financial results and projections for business units. You will act as a strategic business partner to regional and business unit leaders, providing timely and accurate financial information to the CFO. Your role includes evaluating projects for risks and opportunities, leading annual business planning, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. Additionally, you will manage the project accounting function and collaborate with various controllers to advance company wide improvements.


What You Need to Succeed


To excel in this role, you should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. You need a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis, with a BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is essential, along with proficiency in accounting and finance software applications. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to build positive working relationships are also crucial.
