This company is a global manufacturing company that is in rapid growth mode. They are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Manager to join their dynamic team in Chatsworth, CA!
Your new role
- Manage the accounts payable team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the processing of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts payable activities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in accounting or finance, 4 years of related Accounts Payable experience, aerospace manufacturing experience a Plus, manufacturing ERP experience a plus, advanced Excel skills, and good organizational skills.
