Job Description:

Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a hugely successful owner operator, who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Atlanta for a Property Manager to oversee a class A office asset.


Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a 400k sq ft office property within our clients' regional suburban office portfolio. Leading an onsite team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of tenant relationships across the asset and wider portfolio. Duties will include, but not limited to, conducting regular property inspections to ensure building standards are being met, creating annual budgets and monthly financial reports, managing vendors, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring regular contact with tenants to maintain strong relationships. You will also work alongside the General Manager in the creation and implementation of policies which will impact the wider portfolio.
