Job Title: Card Services Specialist 1 (On-Site Position), Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations and Balancing-transaction processing, reconciliation and balancing with accuracy and completeness.
• Card Relationship Management-serving as the primary contact for assigned card company relationships, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships.
• Simple Cardholder Account Management-Assisting with inquires, account information and resoling basic account related issues.
• Correspondence and Customer Calls-Incoming and outgoing correspondence related to card operations including mail, email and other communications.
• Compliance and Risk Management-Adhere to regulatory guidelines, card association rules and internal polices pertaining to card operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant work experience considered. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of one year experience in banking.
• Proficiently in using banking systems, databases and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethics and adherence to confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive customer information.
• Computer Skills
