Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve operational, financial, and cultural performance results as defined by the company
Manage all employees under the assigned branch location(s), ensuring that all employees adequately perform their job functions
Oversee various personnel functions including hiring, discipline, new hire orientation, performance evaluations, development of staff, and terminations
Develop and maintain working knowledge of products and services offered by the company, relevant governmental or regulatory requirements, and accreditation requirements; maintain compliance governing or accrediting agencies
Review financial statements, operational and management reports, sales volumes, outstanding tasks, goals/budgetary progress, key performance indicators, and other data/information with frequency in a manner that tracks and reviews progress and achievements
Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; respond to complaints and incidents promptly and report through proper channels in a timely fashion
Manage relationships with employees, vendors, physicians, and other referral sources.
Maintain a high level of engagement and satisfaction with patients, referral sources, and branch employees
Call upon referral sources to maintain positive working relationships with key accounts and to promote the company and its offerings; build strong relationships with sales staff to ensure that sales and marketing objectives are met
Ensure physical control and proper care of company assets; account for movement of physical assets within the software in a timely fashion
Ensure that all orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner with the appropriate paperwork completed; all orders must be entered into the system timely with all necessary documentation included and ready for billing upon delivery (or as allowed by authoritative and governing guidelines)
Ensure that daily accounting and/or reconciliation of activities and assets is performed, reviewed, an documented
Maintain professional, polite, and respectful interactions with employees, patients/customers, referrals sources, vendors; maintain professional appearance with clothing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Participation in on-call rotation for the company.
Responsible to perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3-5 years of relevant healthcare or management experience preferred.
Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of medical billing practices, eligibility and insurance requirements, and billing reimbursement.

Effective and engaging communicator with ability to achieve desired performance results through branch employees.
Organized, structured, and resourceful in carrying out branch responsibilities.

Able to manage time effectively and to display deductive problem-solving skills. Effective decision- making and ownership of results.
