Basic Purpose
This position is responsible for the planning, execution and finalization of assigned projects in accordance with performance, budget and timing requirements. This includes utilization of resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contracts or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. This position will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related specialty and 10 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Experience overseeing the development, construction and commissioning of utility scale solar and energy storage projects desired.
Excellent knowledge of the utility business and industry practices. Requires demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships. Excellent negotiation, critical thinking, project management, communication, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.
Equipment and Applications
PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment. No special physical demands required. Occasional travel required.
Annual Salary: $133,000 (Min) to $156,500 (Mid); Up to 20% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
