Accounts Receivables Administrator - Remote at Kforce Inc in Tampa, Florida

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Accounts Receivables Administrator responsible for providing general administrative support multiple team teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current supplier contact lists and logs for all, so back up can easily know who to contact for logistics issues


• Work with One Drive, maintaining records


• Prioritizing and Logistics Time Management


• Response time to the customer's and supplier partner's initial request should be within one hour depending on the time of day


• Resolution of a logistics issue, we aim to have completed to the best of our ability within 24 hours


• Report and discuss with their manager any logistics issues that have reached an accelerated level to which assistance is needed by the supervisor and/or the business team


• Learn customers system to manage pricing in their system


• Provide Back Up - Ensure back up person is fully trained and can handle all issues to fill in when you are not here; Work with them one Friday per month to keep them current on procedures


• Responsible for order acknowledgements, to be reviewed for discrepancies by end of 2nd day of receipt


• Provide communication sent to appropriate party within 48 hours of review


• All communication done via email, need to be professional in all email

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years relevant experience


• Ability and desire to learn new concepts quickly and apply them


• Remote experience preferred, with the knowledge and ability to work based on results


• Comfortable working in a remote work environment


• Strong problem solver, comfortable working in the gray area


• Must have high speed internet & quiet place to work


• Aattention to detail, follow instructions, and be ok with performing repetitive tasks


• Working knowledge of MS Excel, cannot train on the basics


• Experience with One Drive a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
