Braun Intertec is seeking a Business Development Administrator to assist our Client Development departments and can be based in either of our Twin Cities, Minnesota offices.
Responsibilities:
Research market development activities and trends for Braun Intertec Clients and markets.
Monitor and distribute various bid and RFP listing services and owner/client websites posting potential RFPs and project opportunities.
Assist with the maintenance of Client development dashboards, project opportunity lists, pipeline, etc.
Perform internal research utilizing Braun Intertec systems to develop reporting of Client-focused activities and opportunities.
Coordinate Client-facing events for our Client Development Team.
Coordinate with the Corporate Proposal Team for the development of proposals, presentations, and additional collateral materials.
Coordinate with the Corporate Proposal Team to organize, improve, refine, and update existing proposal and marketing materials.
Coordinate with the Corporate Proposal Team to identify, organize, and manage write up for past and present projects for use in marketing and proposal materials.
Coordinate with the Corporate Proposal Team for assistance in tracking, preparation, and submittal of prequalification packages, vendor lists, etc.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to assist with external marketing via social media.
Required Skills:
Must possess ability to work on multiple teams/projects with a client-centric approach
Attention to detail, organization, flexibility, initiative, and creativity are highly desired
Must have advanced communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to read, analyze and interpret data/reports to meet business development needs
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Required Experience
Two+ years experience managing internal customer relationships
Strong organization and communication skills
Two+ years experience with supporting a Business Development team
Advanced MS Office, CRM software, and ACT-ON
Event coordination including local travel
