Senior Litigation Paralegal at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable Law Firm located in the Chicago Loop! This is a full time, permanent position, with WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation!



Requirements:

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience


• Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA-accredited paralegal studies certificate


• Advanced eDiscovery proficiency (DISCO or Relativity)


• Familiarity with circuit and federal court procedures


• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation caseload


• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses


• Coordinate large document productions and trial preparation


• Stay updated on court procedures, rules, and e-discovery advancements


• Delegate and manage paralegal team workload


• Collaborate with practice group chairs to establish workflows
