Systems Engineer




Grand Prairie, TX




Contract Position




$67.40-$72.40/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document system requirements using DOORS in collaboration with interdisciplinary subject matter experts.


• Assist with system architecture analysis, capturing system use cases, interfaces, timing, and design details using tools like Cameo.


• Support the collection and organization of verification artifacts to enable Functional Configuration Audits (FCA).

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM-related fields.


• 
  Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience working with DOORS for requirements analysis.
  
  
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Cameo for system architecture and modeling.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Knowledge: Familiarity with system design concepts and trade-offs.


• 
  Environment: Ability and willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.


• 
  Desired Skills:
  
  
  
  
  
  • Experience with programming languages/tools such as C++ and MATLAB.
  
  
  • Familiarity with missile system fundamentals and concepts.
  
  
  • Prior experience with DoD projects, particularly Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)/IAMD.
  
  
  • Interest in learning detailed missile, ground system, and fire control theory and operations.
