Meta seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal department's securities and disclosures team. Reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel, you will work proactively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including legal, finance and executive operations.
Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation of SEC and other corporate regulatory filings, including reports on Forms 10-K/Q and proxy statements
Coordinate Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 trading plan review
Assist with internal policy compliance processes, including for insider trading policies
Maintain and organize corporate records
Work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance internal processes
Provide project management and cross-functional coordination for special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience in Paralegal or related field
Corporate experience with public companies, with emphasis on SEC compliance and corporate governance
Attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Organizational problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
In-house experience and prior AmLaw 100 law firm experience
Extensive in-house experience at a multinational public company

$125,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
