Job Summary:
Responsible for implementation activities relating to new products and services as well as conversions. This position is responsible to ensure contract commitments are met through compliance and follow-up. A key function of the role is collecting, compiling and reporting input from clinical and business units relating to evaluations and product trial results. The Portfolio Implementation Specialist partners with : * Supply Chain Leadership and staff * Froedtert Health Departments and Clinicians * Key Suppliers. The Portfolio Implementation Specialist works with direction from the Portfolio Manager to ensure implementation and savings deliverables are met. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of five years of related experience is required.
Experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
Experience in Health Care environment is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree is required with Business, Healthcare or Supply Chain emphasis focus.
Master's degree is preferred.
Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations contracting in a healthcare environment.
Solid skills in data analysis.
Proficient with the Supply Chain Information Systems, Word, Outlook, and advanced MS Excel functionality.
Experience interpreting large data sets and integrating, manipulating and reporting out on analyses.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform in high stress situations with a heavy workload.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to effectively interact with employees, nurses, physicians, and other consumers of supply and equipment systems.
Prefer experience with Infor's Supply Chain Management Module or Financial Management Module.
