Job Overview:

The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for supporting the quality, finance, and engineering department to ensure the team has support as needed, as well as other manufacturing/administrative support to the facility. Performs all ISO audits for the facility.

Pay Range $24-$26 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Review and enter BOMs in the sales quotes program Sales/Engineering.
  • Assist Engineering in administrating quotes, updating, and completing work instructions per engineering notes.
  • Certified ISO Auditor - performs all yearly audits with guidance from Quality Manager.
  • Assist in the RMA process.
  • Scan and store receiving documents as needed.
  • Lead the inventory control process to include cycle counting and annual inventory with the assistance of the production team, as needed. Administer the annual physical inventory as project lead.
  • Accounts Payable - Inventory and non-inventory items
  • Expendables as needed
  • Customer Supply Inventory
  • Reconciliations
  • Assist with special projects, with the operations and engineering team, as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at any time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good understanding of engineering and quality processes.
  • Good math skills
  • Understanding of good manufacturing practices, preferably roto molding.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task, communicate and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • 2 to 5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years' quality experience preferred.
