Job Overview: The Account Executive for is an expert negotiator who grows revenue and EBITDA while building our partnerships with our customers, market segments, and industry . This role is defined by the complexity of the market they represent and revenue ownership. The Account Executive will be the sales lead, fully accountable for executing on key accounts and driving market strategies while working closely with cross functional teams to communicate successes and challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Account & Marketing Plans : Participate in building an annual account & market segment strategies that supports the market plan and achieve our financial target at top accounts. Progress against your plan will be tracked weekly with business leadership.
Negotiation skills: Improving on contract and solidifying our value proposition to make it more difficult for customers to convert over to competition.
Hierarchy Penetration : Establish a strong relationship with top customers at Executive Leadership and Headquarter levels (Product Management), understanding their business goals, how our solutions will support those goals and driving increased share of market/category expansion.
Price Management : Selling our value proposition versus discounts. Provide market-based pricing information to Marketing/Product Management to drive growth.
Market Segment Responsibility : Responsible for directing product and pricing strategies for sellers where they support our top customers, holding them accountable to the strategic account and market plans.
Product Information : Must be able to effectively sell and demonstrate important benefits and features of products, keeping current with product and service information, continually improving ability to communicate our value to the customer.
Sales Process : Execute to Sales Process as determined by Myers Leadership.
Cross Functional Collaboration : Will work closely with Operations, Product Management, Customer Service, and other functions.

Education and Experience
5+ years experience selling product categories at $5 million+ contracts to MRO distributors.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Experience with related customer data analysis
