Aretum, a premier government contracting company focused on technology-enabled mission support services, is looking for a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our executive office, providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day business activities of the CEO and other company executives, as assigned
Prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence
Maintain daily and long-term calendar
Coordinate meetings and materials preparation
Create and update Powerpoint slide decks, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
Make travel arrangements, as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive filing system
Work with office manager to handle all incoming and outgoing mail
Organize the calendars of the CEO
Take notes during CEO meetings and conference calls; identify, keep track of, and follow up on action items
Demonstrate the ability to interface with other business partners and teams within the company
Demonstrate the ability to schedule meetings, organize conferences and talks, and plan events
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Associate/Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of experience working as an Admin/Executive Assistant
Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently (take initiative and personal ownership over work activities) and as part of a team
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Nice to Have:
General knowledge of federal contracting business operations
