KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide vital support to the Sales and Marketing team by managing vendor, product, and pricing data.
• Accurately enter and proofread data to ensure consistency and minimize errors.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of internal software systems (training provided).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and processes.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures within the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail.
• Ability to quickly learn & adapt to new software and tools specific to our industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in Scan/DSD/Vendor Management within grocery industry (optional)
