In this role, you will:
Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
Skilled in use of computers and 10 key, keyboard
Attention to detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved. Performing with a level of transparency and mastery of our work environment that results in no surprises.
High Productivity - To increase efficiency and expense discipline. Fulfills responsibilities by exceeding and or meeting established goals.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years Financial Services Experience
Fraud Detection experience in check negotiation
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to execute actions in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
10-Key Data Entry Experience
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to make complex decisions
Ability to adjust and adapt to change
Knowledge and understanding of bank systems including knowledge of Hogan
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
40 hours per week Monday - Friday the start time is 5:00am -1:30pm ET. Schedules will be set as need is determined.
Additional hours may be required daily to meet SLA.
