In this role, you will:
Develop and product manage complex Liquidity Management and Overlay Solutions with a global scope and reach
Lead the design and execution of significantly changed, innovative, highly complex, strategic liquidity initiatives that have company-wide impact, high risk, or significant scope, cost, and benefits
Define, implement, and update business processes that enable and support the expansion of the portfolio of liquidity products
Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
Serve as an authority advisor to experienced leaders and represent the company externally when working with vendors
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a product owner or product manager for liquidity management solutions, including client facing engagements
Experience in delivery of new services and in implementing technology applications to support new solutions, in close collaboration with tech engineers
Certification or demonstrated competency in agile product development and delivery
Experience in vendor engagements, negotiations and vendor management
Transaction banking product experience
Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively across technology, risk, legal and compliance, among others
Strategic thinker with an execution focus and drive
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
