Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Information Security Analyst for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the organization's strategies, while it aligns to IAM Operations. They will translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between governance and execution. In addition, drive control oversight and risk reductions for operations while also identify process efficiencies.
In this role, you will:
Provide process management SME knowledge and support ongoing process improvement.
Provide ongoing communication to ensure barriers/obstacles to business process improvement are removed and necessary support is provided.
Use Root Cause Analysis to identify the source of Quality issues and Process inefficiencies.
Lead continuous improvement projects, determine scope, timeframes, form teams, assign tasks, manage resources and issues.
Develop and track process related metrics. Develop and maintain standard, leadership, customer, and ad-hoc reports.
Understand and apply Technology Standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
Create business process mapping, including identification of change impacts and needed business controls.
Apply process modeling tools, change management, and process improvement methodology to assigned projects.
Assist in creating and applying enterprise-level process models to support performance improvement within the organization.
Support long-term activities by influencing or providing input to forecasting and planning discussions and developing project plans.
Excel at building relationships and influencing the importance of Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and be passionate about change.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of Identity Access Management (IAM) experience
3+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
3+ years of Agile and/or Lean Management experience
3+ years of experience leading multi-scale projects across Technology and Business organizations
3+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
Ability to interact with executives and managers
Proficiency in MS Office Professionals
Advanced analytical skills, through experience in related job or formal training in system analysis is required to redesign processes
Job Expectations:
This is a hybrid role. You must be able to work in-office in a listed location at least three days per week.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
