About this role:
The Senior Corporate Insurance Consultant is responsible for initiating and responding to communication from customers, insurance agents, external vendors and internal personnel, regarding the insurance coverage on Agency, FHA, and Balance Sheet loans. In this role, you will:
Initiate and respond to communication from customers, insurance agents, external vendors and internal personnel regarding the insurance coverage on loans
Review loan data integrity reports, ensuring all procedures are in compliance with agency, internal controls, and company policies
Utilize specific criteria to quality assure and report metric results and feedback on a weekly/monthly basis to management and the team
Identify and present recommendations for procedural modifications to management.
Support management with miscellaneous functions within the Insurance Team

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of insurance experience
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Knowledge and understanding of property and casualty insurance
2+ years of quality assurance experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Outstanding problem solving skills
Customer service experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to lead yourself and lead your team
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Experience in supporting multiple functions and projects
Process expert-level technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of Blanket Insurance and multi-layer insurance policies, Self-insured Retention programs
Familiarity with insurance terminology and related loan documents
