OVERVIEW iTech AG is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Proposal Manager to join our growing team and provide Business Development support. help manage multiple proposals and help the Business Development Team and help manage all aspects of proposal development for strategic or high-value sales opportunities.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the end-to-end proposal development process for federal and state government solicitations, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other related opportunities, including large government IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs.
Develop and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including technical subject matter experts, capture managers, and teaming partners, to gather content and review deliverables.
Facilitate proposal development meetings, such as kickoff meetings, daily status meetings, and color reviews (e.g., pink, red, gold).
Draft, edit, and review proposal narratives using existing content and AI-driven tools, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements and win themes.
Monitor solicitation amendments and communicate updates to the proposal team.
Ensure proposal submissions adhere to all compliance and formatting requirements outlined in the solicitation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance proposal efficiency and quality.
Leverage AI and existing content for content generation, compliance checks
Manage the proposal repository (SharePoint).
Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and past performance repositories.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 7 years of proposal management experience in the government contracting space.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
Proficiency in managing proposals using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with proposal management repositories or platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, English, or a related field or at least 3 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
APMP certification is required
