OSS is seeking a senior enterprise architect focused in web application development technologies such as Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, and SQL Server.  This individual should be experienced in translating raw customer requirements into fully functioning solutions that meet or exceed those requirements, to include the associated requirements verification, development, test, user acceptance, deployment, training, and sustainment activities.  This role will be expected to lead customer project teams, mentor more junior developers, and assist in customer relationship management.  The primary focus will be automating government business processes, to include project, acquisition, funding, and schedule processes and related data.  The user interfaces developed must both provide intuitive data management features, as well as meaningful visualizations of business data for utilization by customer senior management and functional leads. This position is primarily remote with some on-site customer meetings.

Requirements:



  • 10+ years' experience developing web-based applications in utilizing tools such as MS .Net, SQL Server, and JavaScript

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, MIS, or other related field

  • Experience in translating informal customer requirements into technical requirements, to include business process mapping, interface design, business rules, and database design.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills


Preferred:



  • CompTIA certification in Data+, Security+, or Microsoft development-related certification

  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 platform, to include Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
