Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Adult Education (FT)
Location: Dougherty County Campus
Minimum Qualifications: The candidate MUST have a Bachelor's degree in a related field *AND* have one (1) year of work related experience *OR* an Associate Degree in Business Administrative Technology *AND* have two (2) years of work related experience.
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a formal training program from an accredited institution in the area of Business or Office Management or a related field *AND* have at least two (2) years experience working with accounting and personnel.
Physical Demands: Work is typically performed in an office/classroom/clinical environment with intermittent sitting or walking in various settings. Must frequently lift and carry lightweight objects. Full range of hand and finger motion may be required for data entry purposes.
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include paid state holidays, annual and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits package.
