Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Assistant Color & Print Designer to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in providing a comprehensive view of the seasonal color, print, and pattern for all programs, and executing creative artwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in creating presentation boards or other visual aids to communicate concept and product proposals
- Execute artwork, color, and print, pitching and editing
- Produce CAD designs and explanatory visuals for vendors
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and other partners
- Manage color and print database
- Analyze provided color, print, and pattern direction; interpret and adapt for program proposals
- Research additional concept inspiration through press editorials, trend services, competitive intelligence, and runway analysis

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Art and Fashion, with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. They should be an expert in Adobe Illustrator, familiar with spec pack creation, and production-ready artwork. The ability to work with cross-functional design partners is essential.

Our client's team is a Graphic Stylist team responsible for designing commercially viable graphics and applying them to products. They work closely with design and cross-functional partners to deliver brand-right graphics. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time attending meetings with design teams and working on graphic artwork and spec packing.

This role is a hybrid position, with the expectation of being in the office typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. A company computer will be provided. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, good at communicating, and adept at working with cross-functional partners.
