JOB DUTIES:
35% - Essential - Design, develop, and maintain a user-friendly website by combining creative design elements with efficient coding. Collaborate with project team to create responsive, visually appealing, and functional website. Ensure website optimization for performance and accessibility. Troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and continuously improve the user experience across various devices and browsers. Stay current with web technologies and best practices.
30% - Essential - Possess strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient in utilizing a wide range of software, equipment, and technologies to deliver high-quality results.
35% - Essential - Manage and maintain listserv communication, ensuring accurate distribution of emails to participants. Oversee listserv setup, subscriber recruitment and management, and troubleshooting of issues related to email delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and send out timely and relevant communications. Stay updated on listserv software features and best practices to enhance user experience and communication efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree - in communication, computer science, information systems, or a related field and experience in information technology. Related experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis Work Exp 3+ years

Education - Master's Degree - in communication, computer science, or a related field and experience in information technology. Work Exp 5+ years with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS). Proficiency in managing listservs or email marketing platforms.
