The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Beverage Managerto lead the beverage operations at the award-winning Las Vegas property!
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will be overseeing the bar operations , managing inventory, creating cocktail lists and coordinating with vendors . You will report directly to the Senior Food & Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior Restaurant Management and strong beverage knowledge. Prior experience managing a unionized work environment is preferred for this role.

As the Beverage Manager you would be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Director in managing daily outlets operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
