ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
The Finance & Capital Markets (US Renewables) team is responsible for structuring and managing all external capital raising initiatives supporting the company's growing fleet of wind, solar, storage, and green hydrogen projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop and manage financial models to analyze the economic merits of a project
Synthesize and communicate model outputs and results to senior management and external stakeholders
Support due diligence and closing process for financing transactions including coordination with internal teams and external financial partners
Potential to lead and own special research or organizational project pending specific needs at the time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and Summer 2026.
Majoring in Finance, Economics, or other business related discipline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.
