GPIseeksa motivated Assistant Systems Administrator with 2+ years of relevant IT experience to support our operations throughout NH and MA. This position will include weekly or monthly visits to all five of our New England offices. An important part of this role is providing direct support to technical and non-technical staff members. All applicants must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will work closely with the local Systems Administrator and Regional IT Manager and rely on established guidelines to perform the jobs functions.

Responsibilities:
Provide service desk support for field and office staffMaintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer systems and computer peripheralsMaintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groupsAid in documenting IT systems and processesAssist with regional office and company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of relevant IT experienceCompTIA A+, Network+, Security+MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experienceThorough interpersonal communication skills both in person and remoteKnowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 preferred
