Your Role: Process Operator – API
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for managing all tasks and activities within your assigned area. This includes maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards while ensuring compliance with cGMPs and environmental regulations. You will contribute to a team-focused environment where meeting departmental goals in quality, quantity, and cost is key to success.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure production operations follow cGMP and company standards.
Maintain proper documentation, including batch production records, SOPs, and equipment logs.
Identify and implement safety improvements, incorporating safety into daily tasks.
Operate large-scale processing equipment, such as dryers, mills, and compressors, while learning new systems as needed.
Maintain a clean and inspection-ready work environment, adhering to daily housekeeping standards.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: Basic computer and documentation skills with the ability to work well in teams
Top 2 skills: Ability to wear necessary protective equipment and perform work in varying environments (outdoor, non-climate controlled)
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic mechanical skills
Certification in the use of forklifts, skid loaders, aerial lifts, and other equipment
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Willingness to take on overtime when needed
Additional Information:
Location: Clinton, IN Manufacturing Site
Employment Type: This position is a fixed duration employee with a one-year contract, annually renewable for up to 4 years with a potential for a full-time position, based on individual performance and business needs.
