Responsibilities  

  • Manage the Technology Asset Management (TAM) System, which includes the Bank's asset inventory for technology hardware and software. 
  • Maintain and report on all IT assets throughout the asset life cycle. 
  • Metrics reporting and trend analysis 
  • Audit, validate, and reconcile hardware and software assets using Power BI/Tableau reporting systems 
  • Create visualizations (Power BI/Tableau) charts/graphs  
  • General data analysis: be able to identify trends in data, forecast, make recommendations 
  • Update, document, and organize business processes including workflow diagrams and operational procedures 
  • Ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders (i.e. budget, Bank department, leadership)  

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience  
  • 2 + years of related professional work experience  
  • Energetic, results driven demeanor needed to work in a professional, fast-paced environment  
  • Self-starter, innovative thinker with strong organizational skills  
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization 
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel  
  • Power BI/Tableau experience preferred   
  • Service Now experience helpful
