Responsibilities
Manage the Technology Asset Management (TAM) System, which includes the Bank's asset inventory for technology hardware and software.
Maintain and report on all IT assets throughout the asset life cycle.
Metrics reporting and trend analysis
Audit, validate, and reconcile hardware and software assets using Power BI/Tableau reporting systems
General data analysis: be able to identify trends in data, forecast, make recommendations
Update, document, and organize business processes including workflow diagrams and operational procedures
Ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders (i.e. budget, Bank department, leadership)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
2 + years of related professional work experience
Energetic, results driven demeanor needed to work in a professional, fast-paced environment
Self-starter, innovative thinker with strong organizational skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization
Experience using MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
Power BI/Tableau experience preferred
Service Now experience helpful
