The Opportunity

• Receive and assess appropriate categorization of all payroll team tickets inbound via Vituity ticketing systems.
• Perform triage of inquiries by delivering tier zero materials to facilitate quick resolution or escalation to tier one support.
• Route all non-tier zero support to appropriate team members per departmental matrices and assigned duties.
• Perform password resets for payroll and timekeeping department owned systems after determining identity of caller.
• Answer payroll main phone lines and assist customers with tier zero support or escalation to appropriate payroll team members.
• Monitor all inbound interface results for all payroll and timekeeping systems for error results and escalate to appropriate team member.
• Monitor all outbound interface results from payroll and timekeeping systems for errors and escalate to appropriate team member.
• Alert team members when tier zero resources require update as notified by callers and/or individual research.
• Monitor combined inbox for pertinent information and send to team members for interpretation and dissemination.
• Assist and coordinate with entire payroll team on cross-functional data requests, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to policy on release of PII.
• Maintain overall team calendar to ensure biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks are completed and tracked.
• Maintain front-line support for verification of employment requests for all payroll populations.
• Perform data entry/imports to payroll and timekeeping systems as necessary to assist with the timely production of payments.
• Be part of project teams for all payroll & timekeeping related engagements internally and externally.
• Minute meetings with team action items and follow-up as necessary on progress.
• Report back to department leaders any issues with project timelines, overlaps, or other items of concern.

Required Experience and Competencies

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years working in customer service, project management, or administrative role required.
• Experience working in large company payroll function preferred.
• Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated self-learner who can work with minimal supervision and wants to be a member of a dynamic team.
• Excellent customer service and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $20.80 - $25.48, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
