Technical Support Associate Analyst - Evernorth Health Services at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

The mission of the Technology Operations organization is to provide desktop build services for colleagues across both physical offices and a remote workforce while delivering the best possible experience to our colleagues. We are looking for a Technical Support Associate Analyst to join the Technology Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service and possess advanced technical knowledge. The Technical Support Associate Analyst will install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer workstations while monitoring performance, diagnosing and resolving problems. You will provide accurate, timely and creative solutions to customer's computer and network problems while adhering to standard Technology practices and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor New & Used Equipment inventory in Depot Build Room.


• Request replenishment of equipment as needed.


• Unbox & stage devices (laptops, desktops) on build racks


• Review ticket notes for any special requirements


• Perform Hardware upgrades (memory & hard drive) - if requested


• Escalations of Build ID Changes to support team


• Initiate and monitor the imaging process


• Troubleshoot & escalate build errors


• Must be able to work on multiple machines concurrently


• Move / transfer completed devices to the shipping team


• When needed, create shipping labels and inputting the data into the request ticket

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Request replenishment of equipment as needed.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
