JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Summary/Purpose	The (GV) Prod Operator – Assembly will be responsible for building through-hole and surface mount printed circuit boards assemblies.
Essential Responsibilities	In this role, you will: • Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies and chassis, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines • Perform manual placement and hand solder through hole components per specifications • Prep circuit boards for stuff line and wave solder • Install electronic parts, apply solder mask, and apply solder tape to boards • Perform Electronic Data Entry work into computer system • Be responsible for crimping, soldering, auditing workmanship, reading drawings, and schematics • Be responsible for navigating through an inventory management system
Qualifications/Requirements	• High School Diploma / GED
Desired Characteristics	• Previous printed circuit board assembly experience • Basic math skills to including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment • Basic computer skills • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions • Basic soldering skills • Basic component identification skills
