POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a UX/UI Developer for a remote-based position in United states. Initially the contract term is upto 4/2025, with possibility for extension depending on various factors.

The main function of a UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.



Responsibilities

  • Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
  • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications


Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum 8+ years experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Must have a minimum 8+ years experience with knowledge of IP and asset gathering.
  • Must have experience in software design and development.
  • The ideal resume would contain experience with Chryusalis IP collection tool, experience with IP management and knowledge repository tools.
  • Should have strong communication skills, both in listening and articulating requirements.
  • Must have experience in professional UI development.
  • Should have experience with data-driven UI development.
  • Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or a related field required.

  • A competitive pay range of $52/hr- $55/hr (depending on experience).
  • Location: Remote, USA
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
