Job Description
Job Summary:
A successful Sr. HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for aligning business objectives with the employees and management of the organization. The position requires partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to assigned division or functional management teams that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Sr HRBP maintains a high level of business literacy about their divisional or functional budget, its midrange plans/objectives, its culture and its competition for talent. The most successful Sr HRBPs will strengthen first team performance those horizontal relationships within HR and support Elbit in becoming a leader led organization.
Responsibilities and Tasks in order of priority to be successful:
Coaches management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides guidance and input on assigned functional group restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Partner with leaders in weekly meetings for respective departments.
Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts and documents effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops offer letter terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Identifies training needs for functional groups and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Experience & License or Certification
6-8 years of HR experience required
3-4 years of experience with consultative or business partner experience
Experience supporting an engineering or technical organization is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Bachelors degree required.
PHR or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Travel/Physical Requirements
Must be onsite at the Fort Worth office 3-5 days per workweek.
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
