Overview
As a Senior Associate, Resource Management at Publicis Digital Experience, your primary responsibility is to leverage your exceptional project management and people skills to promptly deliver high-quality staffing solutions including the management, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests. You'll effectively balance multiple high-priority assignments while developing partnerships across the business to provide the highest level of customer service.
You will collaborate with discipline leads, delivery teams, and agency operations to understand the needs for current scoped resources and aide in planning for future support, ensure target utilization of billable resources, deliver reporting to project teams, work with team/project leadership to identify staffing gaps, and support the Associate Director, Resource Management for any matters relating to resource management.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite engagement an average of 3 days/week. All candidates must be local to the New York City, Boston, or Chicago metro areas and willing to commute into one of those offices on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities
Initiate and manage staffing requests for both full time and temporary resources, including verifying appropriate scope details and supporting business justification
Maintain centralized tracking system for all active and past resource requests
Liaise with Talent Acquisition team for any external talent solves
Facilitate and process temporary resource requests through resource marketplace platform
Coordinate with other in-network agencies for shared capacity opportunities
Maintain staff plans and up-to-date resourcing groups in project portfolio management system
Ensure resourcing calendar is kept up-to-date with planned team outages
Monitor team utilization data and flag anomalies for discipline and delivery leads
Assist with follow-through and implementation of accurate timekeeping best practices
Establish and maintain smooth workflows and promote processes that provide clear communication with and across assigned teams
Together with the Associate Director - Resource Management, partner with agency operations leads to align on business needs as it pertains to resourcing
Qualifications
3-5 years of prior resource management, staffing, workforce planning, project/program management, or traffic management experience preferably in an advertising agency, a consulting environment, or more broadly in the creative industry
Proven ability to drive complex, rapidly-changing initiatives to successful completion
An understanding of marketing industry and staffing requirements (client services, creative, user experience, media, technology, strategy, project management) strongly preferred
An understanding of how skillsets and interests of resources factor into staffing decisions
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and sorting, etc.) required; prior experience with project and/or resource management software preferred
Relationship management and influencing skills
Knowledge of process improvement and facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational awareness and change management skills
Sees connections and trends where others do not; looks beyond the obvious
Detail-oriented working style with a strong business focus
Listens well, communicates effectively, informs and involves others to achieve shared objective
Deadline-driven and ability to prioritize workload, and shifts priorities with the needs of the business
Ability to work seamlessly and cross-functionally across agency and with partner agencies

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
