Overview
The Reporting Manager is responsible for supporting reporting and business intelligence using rOar Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform as well as other Groupe systems' data.
As part of the US Operations HQ team, this role will support the VP, Platform Delivery of Operations, and partner with US rOar PPM leadership and Marketing Services BI team, to understand and define Groupe business requirements and work towards finding appropriate and scalable solutions. This Business intelligence Analyst role will work with Groupe and Platform teams to action on those requirements and determine the proper solution(s) to provide robust, digestible, and consistent reporting outputs - the data, reports, dashboards, supporting materials, all to support multiple audiences. These solution(s) may include reporting on or off partner platforms and may change periodically.
The ideal candidate should have experience with:
Integrating multiple complex data systems into a unified set of reports
Collaborating with key stakeholders at multiple levels such as platform Deployment, Product development, Support and management and leadership, as well as internal and external IT
Varied Groupe agency business operations
Project portfolio management platforms
They will also possess an ability to represent the US PPM Reporting discipline and be willing to learn and eager to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
Help manage reporting related projects end to end, with limited supervision. Understanding and collecting reporting requirements and translating requirements or business needs into reporting solutions including but not limited to Microsoft Power BI Dashboards and ad hoc analyses typically with Microsoft Office.
Gathering data from multiple sources to build robust data models, create and manage interactive dashboards, in Microsoft Power BI dashboards and in Excel for analysis, and ensure data used is accurate and reliable
Work with direct supervisors and extended team(s) to learn and support processes, workflows, best practices, and tools that support the delivery of reporting for Groupe Agencies.
Support training Agency clients, management and extended team(s) as needed, on dashboard and reporting solutions. Training support includes, but not limited to, self service support materials, office hours, monitoring support channels, and ad hoc or custom training sessions.
Work closely with direct supervisors and team members to proactively identify flags, find and recommend solutions, and mitigate risks. Participate in testing and validation of enhancements and bug fixes particularly for data used in rOar PPM, and some related platform offerings.
Contribute to communications and documentation, including status, project plans, ENHs, QA ticketing, and report development and change management.
Contribute to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the team and with strong data integrity.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, and creatively solve problems with a positive, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
3-5 years Agency experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Deep knowledge of MSFT Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and data visualization best practices
Expertise in DAX, M and SQL for data analysis and manipulation for data management
Both attention to detail and ability for critical thinking a must.
High degree of technical and emotional intelligence.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills within all levels of organization including for presenting complex information.
Exposure to agile and/or content management processes a plus, though not required.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
