As a team member in Operations Quality Learning and Development, the Instructional Designer consults with Learning Partners, business process owners and subject matter experts to identify, plan, design, create, and deliver effective and innovative learning & communication solutions, enablement, support, and services. Comprehensive management of learning and communication projects including SME and BPO consulting and guidance, conducting needs analysis, technical creation using all manner of development tools, and handling logistics and coordination of effective, creative, engaging and on-time learning and communication deliverables and events.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
High School plus 5 years experience. Bachelor's Degree or combination of related certification(s), learning, and experience in relevant fields such as instructional technology, graphic design, education, fine arts, A/V media production, experience design, IT, communications, or marketing design preferred.
Several years deeply involved in instructional design and development (or similar extensive content creation experience) preferably in a highly regulated industry like pharmaceuticals
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to build relations across the network and with cross functional customers
Experience working in global teams
Strong planning, organization, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing the highest level of service
Openness to learn and apply gender and inclusive development practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate
